Ash M. Blackburn

Ash M. Blackburn has worked in the field of personal injury since 2007. She’s held every position that a law firm can offer—from Copy Clerk to Paralegal, Office Manager to Managing Partner. Her passion is in training staff, developing their potential, and creating new, efficient methods of handling a personal injury case from start to finish.

Ash is an aggressive and results-driven litigator, whose experience has been integral to obtaining multi-million-dollar settlements. Leaving no stone unturned, she successfully orchestrated a $40 million dollar settlement in a negligent security case; $6- and $4 million-dollar settlements for major motor vehicle collisions; a $2 million dollar settlement in a dog bite case; and a $1 million dollar settlement for nursing home neglect. Ash enjoys litigating cases that require great attention to detail and legal prowess.

As a proud Las Vegas native, Ash graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Las Vegas, Nevada. From there, she moved to Arizona and developed a great love for the state, while continuing her career as a paralegal. She later returned to Las Vegas, attending William S. Boyd School of Law on a full scholarship. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for Future Award for receiving the highest grade in “Judicial Writing.” Ash is a member of the Nevada Justice Association’s Leadership Academy and Bill Review Committee. Outside of work, Ash enjoys traveling with her family, interior design, and reading.
