Joe J. Wirth

Joe Bio

Joe J. Wirth built his reputation representing regular people injured by large corporations and government entities. He has won large settlements and verdicts in difficult cases in the fields of personal injury, physical and sexual assault, insurance bad faith, and wrongful death.

After graduating law school in 2006, Joe was fortunate to receive unmatched mentoring and to hone his litigation skills at the most prominent and successful injury firm in Nevada. As an associate attorney, Joe assisted in a product defect case against a pharmaceutical company that resulted in the largest catastrophic injury verdict in the Country in 2010 for $505,100,000.

Joe met his partner, Ash Blackburn, at this same litigation firm in 2007 and they’ve been fighting on behalf of victims of serious injuries ever since.

Joe’s approach is part strategist, part storyteller, and always 100% committed to his clients. He prides himself on not just handling cases, but on building relationships. He will often make unsolicited check-in calls, just to see how his clients are doing. That dedication has led to multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a recent 40-million-dollar recovery on behalf of a client that suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury.

Beyond the courtroom, Joe volunteers his time mentoring kids at the Boys & Girls Club. Joe takes particular pride in mentoring young men, encouraging them to swap mindless social media scrolling for the far greater rewards of reading books, learning critical thinking skills, and embracing the challenges of adulthood with confidence.

When he’s not lawyering, Joe can be found attempting to relax—whether that’s traveling with his wife and four children, snowboarding, or golfing with friends.
